Our programs and services are delivered by experienced independent coaches – who have obtained and maintain credentialed authorization from both BOS-UP and Ninety. Furthermore, all of our coaches sign and are beholden to our “Letter of Agreement” that defines the terms, conditions, and commitments for being a trusted member of our coaching community.  

All of our coaches receive continuous training, mentorship, and support from BOS-UP and Ninety personnel. They are also active members of our BOS-UP Coaching Solution & Academy – which is an ever-expanding portfolio of resources and mastermind forums to help our coaches successfully learn, teach, facilitate,  implement, and optimize a customized “Ninety-Powered” BOS solution – along with business and executive coaching, with an emphasis on leadership, management, teamwork, and accountability. 

In addition to our coaches training, knowledge, and qualifications with our BOS-UP programs and the Ninety platform, our coaches also provide various complementary services and support thanks to their individual experience leading, managing, growing, and scaling successful organizations – and their mastery of other value-add tools, products, services, and solutions.
