Through a cohesive and synergistic blend of coaching and software, BOS-UP empowers business owners and leadership teams to build, run, and scale successful companies. We do so by helping you and your team effectively learn, implement, and benefit from an innovative, custom-tailored Business Operating System (BOS), using the cloud-based Ninety 90os platform.
The BOS-UP Programs
Starter (1-day intensive workshop session)
Using our interactive Guidebook, you will quickly learn the primary features, functions, and benefits with 90os – while simultaneously setting up and customizing your own 90os account, that you can use immediately after your session.
Builder (3 full-day workshop sessions, over 3-6 weeks)
You and your leadership team will collectively learn, develop, and implement a customized 90os solution – along with learning the essential concepts, tools, and disciplines (CTDs) needed to build and operate a perpetually strong organization.
Scaler (7 full-day workshop sessions, over 10-13 months)
Includes all of the elements from the Builder Program, as well as 2 full-day Strategic Quarterly Sessions, a 2-day Strategic Annual Session, and quarterly 1-1 business and executive coaching, with a focus on elevating your skills around leadership, management, teamwork, and accountability.

Public Starter Program
In addition to our private coach-led programs, BOS-UP also offers virtual, small group public Starter Program Workshops. These workshops are highly informative, jam-packed, and impactful. We cover a lot of ground, in a one-day session (approximately 8 hours). Our virtual public workshops have 10 individual participants or less, and are conducted by certified BOS-UP coaches. Participants will enjoy and benefit from our comprehensive approach, that seamlessly blends how best to learn, implement, and leverage 90os, along with the essential concepts, tools, and disciplines that it takes to build, run, and grow a continuously strong and prosperous company.
